No, your first card is free. A non-refundable fee is charged for replacement cards, unless it is defective or required as a result of a legal name change.

First time students will receive their card during their school orientation. Replacement cards, however, must be picked up at the Cashiers Office.


JPEG (.jpg) and HEIC (.heic) file types only.

Your application for an iCard will be delayed. You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo is not acceptable and will have to either re-upload another picture or visit the iCard office to have your iCard manually produced.

The cardholder is responsible for all transactions made prior to notification of a lost or stolen card. Please notify the Cashiers office during regular office hours or at Security after hours. This must be in person, by telephone (no messages) or in writing. A replacement card fee will be charged for a new card.
